I planned to purchase this water filter during the Massachusetts tax free weekend. Unfortunately, this company was not aware of this law. I called customer service to let.them know that I shouldn't be paying the Massachusetts sales tax. I spoke with Vanessa and she was very understanding of my problem. She tried to help me, but it seemed like no one knew how to handle this issue. Vanessa asked me if I had tried Amazon. Amazon automatically waved the sales tax, but I refuse to spend a.penny at Amazon. Vanessa suggested to purchase the filter with the sales tax and later she would refund the tax. I was a little hesitant but I went ahead and ordered it. A few days ago, I received a phone message from Vanessa, letting me know that I should be getting the refund in a few days.
I am extremely impressed with Vanessa's customer service. She was very understanding and professional. Nowadays, it's very rare to receive good customer service.
