Everything regarding the ordering process was smooth. I was thrilled to find the part. But the follow-up, including this survey goes like this: I did NOT like the email follow up requesting that I contact you within a few days to confirm my order or else you would cancel it. You emphasized fast delivery and this slowed down the process. Threatening me and then forcing me to call to confirm, then repeat the information I originally submitted with the email and phone you used to contact me, seems like a waste of time for me and you. Honestly, I thought I had been spoofed when I had to give the last 4 digits of the card, as well as the billing address. I seriously considered cancelling my card. Your employees were doing their job, but this was totally unnecessary for a low ticket item. Who the hell steals a cc # to purchase a water supply port for a 20 year old machine. I did not want to be on the phone, I did not like your excuse about security (which I think is an excuse for something else), I did not like being threatened the day after I ordered, I did not like your boasting fast service and then slowing the whole thing down- my schedule is weird and I'm not in love with wasting time which is why I ordered online. If this is your preferred practice, I think I should have been warned while I was placing the order that "first time customers (as you support team explained during my required confirmation call) may be contacted by email and phone to confirm the order before shipping; please watch your email."
