Buying was easy, the piece arrived in time, well packed and it was a perfect fit. Unfortunately I had to return the piece because it did not resolve the issue I had with my dishwasher. I shipped the piece to returns and when I got confín that the piece was delivered. I wanted to know the status of my return. I called and I was waiting for a long time and unable to speak with a representative. 2 weeks after I received notice that my refund was issued.

Amazing! Thought it would be extremely difficult to find this part online, but I used Copilot and from a photo of the dishwasher model number sticker and the damaged part I have on hand…and it drove me straight to the website and to the part needed. Took less than one minute. Checkout was easy. Shipping cost as much as the part and that made me pause… I’m used to free shipping on other sites… but went ahead with the purchase.

Everything was great, the only thing I was concerned about was starting my ice maker. I wish that there would been some kind of instructions on how to install. But, with a quick Google search I found my answer. With it being secondary market product it just had a different way of activating the ice maker.
