it was well laid out but for a first timer to make this decision it took time to learn what was important to me in the decision. Very good online shopping experience. Customization is really nicely done. My only major disappointment is that the jewelry was made and shipped from Thailand. I was specifically looking for Canadian made products and I ordered from a Canadian website. I only found out it was made in Thailand once it shipped. Otherwise everything else was good.

Some pieces are the right styles but not the right stone (shape or type). For instance, the ring I wanted was exactly right on the site, but it was a different gemstone (topaz) than the one I wanted (sapphire). All the other rings in the "sapphire" section were not the same. Going through a sales manager (Barabara Stein) was painless in order to get the right ring I wanted designed. It ended up being the same price as the ring I selected as a base, so I don't see why the website can't show all different gemstones/diamonds for each piece of Jewlery. The picture on the site of what the custom ring would look like would be very helpful.

The description and picture of the horseshoe necklace was very misleading! The chain was very short, the size of the horseshoe was minuscule, almost unrecognizable when being worn, certainly not for an adult to wear. And so light it barely holds the chain down. The picture of the necklace around the models neck is so out of proportion and the necklace being held next to the pencil is a joke. Over $1000 for such a disappointment. It would have been lovely if it was at least what was described….this was a gift for my adult daughters who are so polite to not give back the gift, but frankly I gave them the option for me to return them. They won’t wear them. I also had to pay a jeweler to extend the chains by 3 inches….To continue, the return policy was very immediate, 7 days, and I pay return insurance and mailing, return the cheap little free gift and wait for my refund had very strict guidelines. No, not recommending jewelry for any of my equestrian friends. Your advertisement is very nice tho…

The design of this necklace caught my eye immediately in the Google Shopping section. Most of the time, the letter 'Z' on an alphabet necklace looks almost unrecognizable.
