Customer service from Barbara Stein was excellent. She was responsive and understanding of my needs. Didn't try to pressure me in any way to accept something that I "didn't love." As I stated above, I would buy again without being able to see and select the exact stones I was purchasing. The stones I received were gorgeous, with lots of fire and sparkle, but the color was all wrong for me. Delivery was super fast and the packaging very impressive.

FedEx shipping was difficult to request redilivery due to being out of town, angara advised signature required, so they shouldnt have deliver it, but they did anyway w no signature. had to get a gamily member to pick up the box at my house. angara was great! FedEx was not.

Your website is the best website our of your competitors by far! Especially useful was the pictures and how they changed when selecting between the different qualities of the stone and size of the stones on a persons finger. Very educational in terms of choosing the right quality for the occasion. The packaging of the ring was exceptional! Far above what I expected. I will be a loyal customer from now on. my jeweler said the priced I paid was retail so it was fair for the quality of the stone. I was in a bit of a hurry and this didn't need to be a unique designed piece. I did buy a thicker better silver chain that barely fit through the bezel. The free garnet was a nice surprise.

Customer service is pretty fast on top of that 0% interest rate if you do 3 payments which allow you to leverage your current financial situation. The only thing that is confusing is that the first price is giving you 10% right away and I thought that the discount will be on top of another when you sign up for the first time buying.

I ordered the bracelet online. The shipment date at that point said between September 25-28. My receipt showed the sale being final. The next day I get an email from the store saying that the sale was not completed and if I finalized the sale they would give me an additional 3% off the price. Again I ran the sale through but I was now told the delivery date would be about October 3rd. It didn't arrive until October 7th. It was a present for my wife's 75th birthday on October 9th. That was why I was in a panic not knowing if it would arrive in time for her birthday.
