My original wedding ring was lost approximately 15 years ago, and I noticed that Angara offered a very similarly designed wedding band. I was very pleasantly surprised that the actual ring looked even better than what was pictured online! The detail, quality and craftsmanship could only truly be appreciated when the ring is physically in your hand or on your finger. The 30-day return policy is what finally convinced me to make the order, and I am glad I did as the ring may even be of better quality than the original! It has great sentimental value for me already.

While customer service was responsive and helpful, the item I received did not resemble the product photo on their website. The setting was not the same, and the Ruby that was selected did not fill the setting properly, nor did it seem to be the correct size. Customer service tried multiple times to have me replace it and work with them to get it right, which was very nice, however after receiving my order I did not feel comfortable with having them try to replace or fix the issue and ultimately decided to go with a different company.

I really liked the selection. A lot of it was outside my price range, but I was still happy to find something simple, elegant and beautiful. I was shopping for a one year anniversary gift for my girlfriend and wanted something special. I'm sure she'll love what I've chosen. I do wish that the listings could come with more options to change or take away certain elements or additional gems to give more freedom and control over the end price. I have been watching this item for several months and I don't agree on the constant promotions or sales and discounts. I would much prefer you set a price and that is it. Have 1 or 2 known sales every year if you want, but the constant "today only" gimmicks just make you look cheap.

Two items to improve upon a. I like to ship to a drop point so my wife doesn't sign for her intended gift. BUT, the website checkout process doesn't incorporate that option.
