Ring was truly loved by my wife. But the most exquisite and satisfying experience was with customer service. Not only fix I cancel at first and that was handling very well but then reordered no hassle. Then had ordered the wrong size. The return for resizing and return went beyond my expectations. I ordered 1.5 carat 14k hoops. They are stunning. But disappointed in the clip mechanism. Spending this much on earrings and they should not unclip easily. Poor design. Thoughts about returning as the 1 week I’ve had them unclip twice with just a small tug from face washing towel. That’s not acceptable.

Bracelet is as truly beautiful as…stones were scintillating and beautiful in Swiss blue color. Mounting was also very nice. Unfortunately, the bracelet clasp locked, but the side clamps were both loose and would not stay in place. Almost appeared as if this was a used, then returned, bracelet.
