I always reccomend AMS to everyone I know and meet thats an artist. i had orderd the wrong pedal, contacted customer service before it shipped, they had it canceled and the corredt item shipped within the hour. very impressed with the shipping times. i orderd it on thursday, it was at my house on saturday. thats with the cancelation that was my fault.. who does that? AMS does!! forevever customer

The shipping took way longer than expected. Also, the shipper kept delaying the delivery, so I wasn’t sure if it was getting delivered at all. Also, I’m not sure there was any insurance attached to the shipment, which would make sense. Especially for high dollar items. The shopping experience was fine, although my product was the only one in stock. I’m picking up my package in two days. I hope all is well. Also, the description does not say if the product comes in/with a case. I was looking for that in the description as well.
