This one was a little confusing. First I found out that I was supposed to be getting speaker concerts with my order. Happy surprise but then they didn't show and didn't and no longer showed up in my order so not knowing what to think, I went ahead and ordered these. On the same day, I received the ones from the original order. I thought about sending these back but they are padded so they will offer better protection

I bought my Fender Stratocaster and my PRS from American Musical Supply, and both purchases went smoothly. When the Strat arrived, the case was missing. I made one call to customer service and they made it right, shipping the case out the same day. No hassle, no runaround. Courteous people, solid customer service, and their financing options make good gear genuinely affordable. I highly recommend them.

My overall experience with the American Musical Supply website today was good. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of musical equipment and accessories available. The product descriptions and information were helpful in understanding the different options. One area for improvement would be to make product comparisons, shipping information, and customer support options even easier to access. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I appreciate the selection and convenience offered by American Musical Supply.

This 000-42 Modern Deluxe is the 3rd acoustic guitar from AMS. It is the most expensive guitar in my collection. So far every transaction I have had was great. Guitars exactly as described and real honest quick shipping. I would buy from AMS again.
