I was very happy to find the chair and table on sale. I had initially been looking around at used size 5 sitters, but the few available were usually very far away and at least half the time in rather bad condition. Buying this new means that the person that will be using the chair gets a chair where we know everything will be working. The new chair including free shipping made going for a new one a no-brainer. I'm very thankful that adaptivemall sells this type of equipment for larger special needs folks. It was difficult to check out and enter my payment information. I kept getting a message that said "Please include an address with RegionID." There was not any place to enter a region ID, and the way that is formatted looks like a variable that the website sets in the background. I ended up entering in my address all over and that seems to have fixed the problem.

Love the free shipping! We also appreciate the coupon we received from visiting the Chicago Ability Expo! Thankful for the amount it took off of the Special Tomato stroller we purchased! We met the founder of Special Tomato's daughter who was so sweet to our boys while we were checking out their booth at the expo! And Butch who helped fit our son Brooks in the stroller to ensure it was a good fit for him! Also Steve helped us and was great!!

The Fastest Checkout process. I've only ordered a Rifton Gait Trainer Before for my daughter. I was so happy to see this avail on Adaptive mall. Our Regional Center Denied it even with a Dr's Recommendation Letter. Unfortunately the price has doubled since that letter. But I'm getting it now and my daughter will have another activity to do.

It’s easy enough to fill out the inquiry form and then a physical therapist reaches out to answer your questions and let you know what measurements are needed. When they send back their recommendations, they send a couple of options so you can go with whatever fits your budget. The communication was timely and they’re very courteous and polite. They explain anything you might have confusion on and it’s been a great experience. The best part of this story is that we were talking about how we hoped that the stroller would arrive in time for a specific trip and it was waiting for us in the driveway when we got home that evening!! Such a great surprise.

I’ve been on the site a couple times looking at and comparing strollers for my special needs so . Initially the ordering is a little confusing, but scrolling to the bottom of each item is an explanation for what they need for your selections. After discovering this confirmation, the ordering became much easier.

This product was the closest I’ve seen for a soft wipe off seat with a no skid bottom. My grand child does not need to straps, just the boost, so I took them off. I’m happy with it! I just wish I had known you had to spend $100 for free shipping.

I did not like that it was not free shipping when I went to check out. It clearly said free shipping under the item and price. At check out it had to be $100 order to be free.

I would highly recommend this product, as the item I ordered met—and even exceeded—my expectations. It is incredibly comfortable, lightweight, and easy to maneuver; what I like most is that it features multiple reclining positions for both the back and feet. My son is 6 years old and has cerebral palsy, and this is the best thing I have found to ensure his comfort. Everyone—both here at home and among his therapists and friends—has loved it. It is perfect.

‘ Special Price’ alert on web page was misleading. Added details on ordering led to confusion. Had to call twice to get specifics to pull up accessories for seat. Thankfully your customer service helped thru the order, but I was close to saying forget it.

i found this website years ago to purchase a an adaptive chair for grandchild with special needs, weve been very happy with chair and ive had to reorder straps several times due to missing/soiled. ones. ill be ordering a larger chair soon as she is outgrowing present one. always give this website when people admire the chair we have

The only problem we had was getting absolutely no shipping information and that isn’t really that bad. I kept checking my email daily until one day it just showed up at our door. Other than that everything was perfect. One more thing… The instructions could be a little clearer.
