Only unfortunate thing is using USPS to ship - they do not reliably deliver to my house and despite having a container to leave the shipment in, they stick a note requiring me to drive to their office to retrieve the package. I would gladly pay more for a any other shipping company - UPS or FedEx are far more reliable

I ordered $5000 in gear from Jura - a Giga 10 refurbished machine, the milk chiller .6L attachement, and other pieces. After paying an extra $350 for expedited shipping, the box arrives but the machines drip drawer IS BROKEN. How did I discover it? after carefully filling the water tank and running the filter self-clean - it poured water EVERYWHERE over the counter, the floor, the cupboards - heartbreaking. Took it apart to find a massively cracked drip drawer. I reached out to customer service - they don't work after hours. I emailed; no response. I emailed JURA - no response. I used the online site and was told "your message has been sent". It was Wednesday before July 4th - this was a family giftt for hosting family July 4th weekend and I had a $5k paperweight. So I solved it myself going online, finding the replacement part, having it FedEx'ed overnight and it just arrived on time on July 3rd but cost me $50 for the part and $150 in shipping to fix YOUR fucking broken machine. I hate 1st In Coffee for their shitty support. Jura even said they had no record of my purchase until I sent them the full email that it was a refurbished machine as their site looks like I'm buying from JURA. I've berated them for what feels like bait and switch tactics. And the fact it is NOT flagged anywhere that the refurbished machine is from 1st In Coffee feels like another lie. Shame on you.
