While I, like others, am not happy with vastly increased prices in products and shipping costs, I am grateful that I can find the coffee I prefer at 1st in Coffee without havingto hunt for which Internet site to purchase from. The espresso brand I prefer has been available every time I want to order, and the site has several reputable choices for shipping, making the whole purchasing experience fairly seamless. I only get confused when coffee manufacturers decide to change their packaging, which mean I have to read everything on the packaging again to make sure I am ordering the same product, but this is NOT 1st in Coffee’s fault, I would much rather order from 1st in Cofee than from much larger companies that offer online order and shipping. One wish - I wish you offered a selection of American fully automatic coffee machines and the products made for their maintenance, like oil remover tablets, descaling products, and water filters. If you did, I would be able to buy everything I need right from your website.
