I found the cart editing feature to be very awkward and had to exit out of the website and re-enter in order to clear the cart and start over.

We bought the ENA8 a year and a half ago and are very pleased with it. The cleaning and filtering accessories are quite pricey but we still believe it is all worth the cost and time spend cleaning and maintaining our coffee maker.

Makes great coffee, but i9t was pretty expensive. I saved a lot by buying a reconditioned E6 though. There are things the machine is apparently capable of that are not mentioned in the manual (that I had to download and print myself). I've sent a question regarding that to the seller, and am waiting for a reply.

I purchased a Jura Z10 Gen 2 in person since I live nearby. This is my first online purchase and the website was very easy to navigate. one thing that could be added is a "continue shopping" tab after you add an item to the cart.

I was looking to elevate my morning coffee with an easy and convenient machine that offered different varieties of milk and non-milk coffee drinks at a reasonable price, and I found it! 1st in Coffee is the only refurbished dealer for the top-rated Jura coffee machines,and I easily found the dream machine at the perfect price point! I can now press one button and get many different coffee drinks in a minute or less. It is also extremely easy to clean and maintain, and the system guides you through that process. I also found the online videos helpful during setup, though I do recommend 1st in Coffee consider creating their own videos for the machines and steering customers to those videos. Finally, the ordering process was seamless and it was delivered for free and quickly. A huge bonus. Overall, I look forward to using my machine every morning and having the best morning cup of home coffee I have ever had.

!st in Coffee was the only Jura store that sells refurbished milk systems. I had my eye on the largest one for months because I didn't want to pay full price. I noticed the reviews were good. Why pay more? The only area of improvement was when I was invited to buy an extended warranty. I normally decline, but was tempted to buy one because the model is refurbished, and very expensive to replace if it breaks down. I consulted ChatGPT, and was encouraged to buy the three years (in addition to the one year that comes with purchase), so I don't have to worry about replacement. I have read 1st in Coffee is very good about keeping their promises on the Jura brand.

The coffee was advertised as being roasted weekly; I received coffee beans that were old and had very little coffee aroma at all. I called the company and the man I spoke to simply told me if I didn’t like the coffee to shop somewhere else-and hung up on me.
