Jura cool control 1L. Assumed product would have a stainless steel milk pipe as is pictured on the product, it does not, it came with the cheap silicon hose. Assumed product would come with wireless adapter, it also did not, it is a separate purchase.

This is my second Jura coffee machine that I have purchased from 1st in Coffee. My first unit was a refurbished Z5 that lasted 14 years and still works but needs to be refurbished. I decided to upgrade to a J8. My favorite thing about 1st in Coffee is the customer service. You can call most anytime and get a person on the phone who can help you. Their customer service is the opposite of most companies with chat only, e-mail or multi-layered phone support only to get someone who is far removed from the product. You cannot go wrong with 1st in Coffee.
