The coffee was advertised as being roasted weekly; I received coffee beans that were old and had very little coffee aroma at all. I called the company and the man I spoke to simply told me if I didn’t like the coffee to shop somewhere else-and hung up on me.

I have had my eye on a refurbished Jura milk cooler for several months. Decided to grab it while I can. I saw two offers for refurbished Z10 machine that I almost bought (another merchant) but will wait for a refurbished J8. The only question I had -- that I submitted to ChatGPT -- was whether I should purchase the extended warranty. My only comment is to put more information about the warranty. It seems like a good deal and i would not have purchased it unless I asked ChatGPT. Most customers won't do that.

I found a significant discount from another authorized dealer of the product I was purchasing. I contacted the company and immediately has a live person -Jim (almost unheard of these days!) answer the phone. He obtained information from me about the company discounting the rate and got my phone number to call me back after verification. He was able to honor that discount and provide a coupon code for me to apply. 1st order, but this guaranteed it won’t be my last! I will be ordering all associated supplies for the coffee system I purchased, in addition to anticipating other purchases. 100% satisfied and A+++ customer service experience!! Kudos and gratitude!!
