This seems to be the only place I can get 4 cup glass replacement carafes with spout (17 oz) for my Bodum French press. Great price, so I ordered 2 - you never know when it will chip or fracture, and I prefer glass.

When I added an item to the cart, I was automatically taken to the cart instead of being allowed to finish shopping. When I returned to the Coffee area, I had to specifically search for Illy just to find Intenso. If I didn't know for sure, you had it in the first place I would have never found it or even known it was available. I would strongly suggest that you list all your coffee products on one page. Also, the first two times I tried to check out the site locked up and gave me a steaming cup of coffee symbol. If I didn't have a personal reason to be shopping here, I would have given up.
