The control arm already failed. The ball joint broke off leaving my wife stranded. The ball joint on the control arm slipped out while she was driving and the wheel landed sideways. A good thing she stopped right there and then. Most of these parts on this order have been replace. I wasn’t expecting to spend wrecker and to purchase another control arm some place else. Had this happened on the freeway and not in a slow speed , who knows what would have happened. Very dangerous product to be selling. I will now change the other side because I don’t want this to happen again. Very poor quality product. I’m sorry for giving this feedback but I feel it was very dangerous for my wife and those purchasing it as well. Respectfully!

I was able to find the parts that I wanted and additional information related to the repair, which was really helpful. That helped me to know that I could make the repair and that it would be effective. The parts were nicely priced and available to ship quickly. The parts were quite heavy, so the packing material within the package was not effective, but fortunately nothing was damaged in transit. I got a good package of parts to make the complete repair.

Parts that I purchase have fit and the other parts didn't. Parts where to small and I was told they are the right parts that fit my car. When returning parts back I had to pay return label when I was send wrong parts. That was not my fault I gave the car info and I was told parts fit.

Honestly, I felt that I might’ve ordered the wrong product. The instructions that accompanied the product didn’t seem to helpful for my making and model of vehicle. Product identification and ordering was easy. Product shipped and arrived on time. The only issue was with the product itself. The clips for the brakes did not fit properly. Other than that, the brakes and calipers were great!

I ordered some replacement headlights and hood support arms. And I wanted to cancel the headlights, and I thought it canceled the whole order. But I come to find out that it did not cancel the hood arm supports. So I got two set of them. Didn't realize that until they were delivered. Then I had to spend money to send them back to get my refund. That's the only downfall of this purchase.

I used to rate 1Aauto parts a step above AutoZones parts but I've recently been disappointed by some calipers I bought for my Silverado. The calipers fit and operate good but the bleeder screw on them leak. I had to go buy different bleeder screws to get them to seal up. I'm thinking the bleeders weren't machined properly.

The part works. Rear window latch for a Dodge Ram. I don't know what I expected, but this piece is plastic. I'm not sure of it's longevity. Took a couple of times to get it aligned correctly, but that is to be expected for many items of this type. It works, so I'm happy about that. I watch a bunch of 1A Auto videos, so I decided to purchase from them. Overall, I'm happy with this latch.
