I buy just about all of my musical electronics and software from Zzounds.com. The only reason I don't buy from Zzounds.com is because they do not carry it.

I ordered a guitar from zZounds and it arrived quickly and on time. When I started playing, I realized that the pickups were wired backwards (toggle down went to neck pickup, toggle up was bridge). I called zZounds customer service to get advice on how to proceed and the CS rep gave me instructions on how to contact Jackson about their warranty. I ended up getting the guitar fixed that day and all is good!

It was a very easy purchase. I needed something to hold my guitars and my dad’s. He’s dying from a brain tumor so lately I’ve been trying to keep busy playing guitar again and I need something to keep my and his few guitars safe from all the moving. This experience with zzounds is a company since I found you are the only music company I deal with. The prices are competitive and sometimes really reasonable and I will continue to use the company for the foreseeable future.

Post-Delivery FeedbackOct 6, 2026
The reason I bought this equipment from you is because you were the only ones who guaranteed Saturday delivery, as my client needed it Sunday morning. Even though it was $200 more expensive with you, I only received one box, and the other arrived Sunday afternoon. In the end, I couldn't meet my client's deadline and ended up spending about $200 more because I had to give my client the price quoted by Sweetwater. Their representative in Spanish was very kind and understanding, but in English, they didn't care and said I could return it if I wanted..
