The website is user-friendly. Although, the images could be bigger with more flexibility to tap and zoom in. Overall, it’s not bad. I’ve been shopping around online for a few hours now and I noticed that zZounds seems to have a better return policy compared to the other website I almost ordered from. This is very important as it gives consumers protection and less anxiety about purchasing online. This is my first ever order from this website so I’ll have to see it for myself. Hopefully, a return won’t be necessary and the item arrives safely. Excited for it!

I purchased my first guitar through zZounds. It was an Epiphone Les Paul 100. It arrived in perfect brand new condition. I could tell through transport it was handled with care. Upon receiving I opened it up and lit up like a kid on Christmas. I haven't been able to barely put it down since. The pricing was out of this world, fair! Every future purchase whether it be equipment, or accessories will be bought through zZounds! You guys Rock!

Hey there, brother ain’t gonna believe this but man I just purchased a really nice guitar from Z zounds and what a beauty and also came with a case I couldn’t believe it, but I had to I was looking right at it and the guitars amazing beautiful looking and they had it wrapped up so darn good that it wasn’t not a scratch on it yeah you should get all should get one order from this place They have many guitars you wouldn’t believe what’s that you are going to get one wow, that’s fast. and the customer service is awesome as well. Anything you need to have answered they had an answer yeah I want another guitar but they didn’t have enough. It was on backorder till December so I had another guitar in mine and I wasn’t let down and you can pay as you play, which I think is very cool to many places to do that. Yeah if you’re not satisfied with the product, you can always return it. They’ll take it back. And it only took a couple days to get here which I think is amazing especially when I came right from Mississippi

Drum set should be the set including all the other parts. Now am not sure what is included but am sure I have to go somewhere else and look for the rest of the parts and I hope I will get it cheap. I bought two different set but still not enough to play which I need to buy four more before become useful. Put all set together instead of separate everything to make more difficult to get the set of drums.
