I have been wanting a new amp that worked great for my style of playing. After watching reviews of different amps I decided on the amp. While finding the amp at zzounds reading what to expect the availability info didn’t mention if the amp came with a footswitch so I noticed I could do a live chat without leaving the page that’s what I did. I ask if amp came with amp pedal the response was hold a minute and he or she would find out, within a couple minutes they returned that amp came with pedal. So I went to checkout and seen I could purchase with a 12 month purchase plan without any other fees and that’s what I did. Gave my purchase info. Placed order and received amp and all of its product in 3 days. Unpacked, plugged in and I’m over excited with the amp. Will I be purchasing again when I’m ready, you betcha I will. On some level it’s almost too easy to purchase which excites me and will be purchasing as affordable comes available to me.

Purchased an ibanez electric guitar, it was unboxed and unplayable, I contacted zzounds moments after I unboxed it and they stated it needed to be set up by a music store, I took it to the music store for a set up the next day wasting time and gas and they called today saying the truss rod was broken and it was unable to be tuned and I should send it back.

What I love most about zZounds is the freedom to buy gear quickly and easily with their 6- and 12-month payment plans. The process is simple and hassle-free. I do wish they offered 18- or 24-month financing options, especially for higher-priced products, as that would make premium gear more affordable. My only two complaints are the limited selection of certain products and the final checkout price. I'd like to see more high-end equipment, such as Neve 1073 preamps, as well as more options from some popular budget-friendly brands. Also, the total amount due at checkout is higher than the monthly payment shown in the preview because of taxes, fees, and other charges, which can be a bit misleading.
