I found the website easy to navigate. It reminds me of how the internet use to be when websites were simple with no pop-up ads. I really appreciate how simple it is to find items.

I always have a positive therapeutic interaction with customer service agents through this company. Customer service agents always have a positive polite attitude that is not forced. All the different agents through the years have always had a non-forced natural interaction. It has always been a pleasant experience for me which is very important.

This was such an easy process. However, I did have to look up length on a couple of guitars to match and I stock bag or case.

zzounds is my go to music “store”. I’ve only ever had to return a soft guitar gig bag but it was my error not theirs. The return was hassle free and they sent my proper bag promptly. I only wish they had a wider selection of gear. An option to choose long or short shaft pots for pickup would be so welcome.

zZounds has a great user interface it’s super easy to navigate for what you’re looking for in products you’re interested in there will be other products that could be related to said product to help improve your experience with that product and it’s super easy to look at you’re browsing history so if you forgot to add a product to your cart you can find it with ease the pay as you play plan is super helpful for any musician who is struggling financially and it’s so easy to apply to you’re order and directions are super straight forward
