I bought a bass and it had a bad output jack. My initial contact with customer service was annoying and didn’t get things resolved. My third attempt was met with excellent customer service and I received a return number and shipping label as well as a replacement which is working so far. At first I was a little frustrated however I know the defect in the first bass was not Zzounds fault. My initial contact with customer service was also frustrating. However, someone took up the case on my third attempt and did a fantastic jon of getting the issue resolved and I am grateful for that person. I have been a Zzounds customer for years now and I always find great products and good service. Even this time we got there eventually.

I installed it, tried it out, and immediately realized that there was no volume control. I re-packaged it and prepared to send it back, but was denied a refund. There is nothing on the product description that says that there is no volume control. I would still like to get a refund if possible. The unit was plated for five minutes, and now is unusable for me. Please reconsider. Here was my order number. ZZ11017761 Thanks for your attention to this matter.
