This experience was great. I bought a reduced cost item that was apparently an open box. By looking at it, you couldn’t tell that it had been an open box item. The item appeared to be brand new. I’m assuming it was a display. Works perfectly. Was delivered fast. The payment plan is just unreal. So affordable, so flexible, and what a value for the money. Very helpful experience. I plan on financing all my equipment from you from now on. I have been spending a lot at guitar Center, and one of my transactions they let me down. As a result, I found you guys and was able to finance the equipment I needed at an affordable cost. I have already recommended you to other people. I have a huge following online and you can expect more business being generated from me promoting you guys. Thank you so much for making my life much easier.

I would recommend anyone and everyone to do business with Zzounds ,they are the only place online and anywhere for that matter that will approve you for an instrument with no credit check and get it to you in a matter of a couple days..I have bought 2 guitars and a bass amp and cabinet from them and am completely happy with the service I have received from them and continue to receive from them. Everything is always on time,with the exception with my latest purchase from them and it was back ordered and still came in when they said it would and it shipped when they said it would, communication is incredible with this company. I can't wait until my next purchase...

This is, HANDS-DOWN, the BEST place to buy gear. I've bought SO MUCH gear from them over the years - guitars, basses, keyboards, amps, cabinets, effects, accessories, etc. Unfortunately, they don't always have every brand out there, but if you are looking for any piece of gear, look to Zzounds first. I would have also purchased the Washburn Nuno Bettencourt guitar if they still carried them - but they don't. Bummer.
