I originally ordered this product on a Monday morning so I could get it Tuesday. I had rented a Uhaul truck and unbeknowing to me, the Uhaul's hold on my credit card caused my credit card to be declined. I contacted ZZounds by phone, explained the situation, and had cleared it with the credit card company. I asked customer support to run my card again so I could make sure it went through so I could still get the item on Tuesday. They said they had to put in a request and it had plenty of time. I was kinda upset that they could not check that right then. So I waited. Sure enough, it declined again, twice actually, and my item did not ship out. I was out Tuesday hauling furniture and found out Wednesday that my item didn't ship. Of course I was mad. Once again, called customer service and they said they would have to put in a request to rerun the card. I was like hell no. If you can't tell me now, after I've waited two days now, just cancel my order. So that's what I did. I canceled my order and when I got a confirmation email of the cancelation, I reordered the item and checked out as a guest and not under my account. So I was three days late getting my item. It really pissed me off. But I'm over it. I was happy with the item and it arrived in the time it said it would. But I was held off of a project because of it. I could have even used another card but they said just wait and let it process. I'll not make that mistake again.
