I wish life wasn’t so unpredictable because after I placed my orders my life was completely ruined by the fires in LA. I lost everything and I struggled to survive financially because I’m a single dad of two teenage boys. I did the best I could but making payments on time was a struggle. I was able to keep up with the smaller ones but my payment history ended up checkered because of this. Which is horrible because I made a commitment to the company that my payments would be paid on time. But because I had to find a new place to live a new place to work and still pay all my other bills. I managed to slowly build my life back up and I always made my payments late or not. And now that I’m finally able to make payments on time and I’ve rebuilt my life and my finances I am unable to take advantage of this amazing company and it’s a bummer because had those fires not happened I’d still be in good standing with the company. Tried explaining this to an employee and he pretty much said too bad, which hurt because I felt like all the bad things from the fire were all behind me but nope. The fires also took my way to make payments on musical instruments that I otherwise couldn’t afford in full. During the fires my mpc was the only thing that helped me cope and I almost want to cry because of everything I lost my girlfriend, my dog, and now my zzounds.com account credit/good standing. But all I can do is focus on the future. I really don’t want to take my business somewhere else but it’s looking like I might have to. So make sure you take into account the unexpected when making ur purchases so that u don’t end up like me.
