The item arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service I was offered a small partial refund. I turned it down because I didn’t want a damaged piece. I was then offered a larger discount which I also turned down. It took three correspondences to get a return label. Why would anyone want to keep a damaged item rather than getting a new replacement?

I ordered 5 items, so far I only received 1 of them. The other 4 items should have arrived on Friday10/23 but are late. In addition I was charged $24 more on the item I received so I called customer service -- they couldn't help me, so they just wrote down everything. I got someone else to help. still have not resolved my issue. The fact that I spent so much time with your CS people and still the issue is not resolved speaks alot about your company. I am an interior designer AND I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!

I shopped at Z Gallerie all the time when they were in California. I was so excited to shop with them again online when I bought my new home. My last order was a hot mess. It took over a month to get my products with no communication why! Dealing with customer service was awful!!! After all I went through I decided to give another chance and placed an order. I felt this current order was handled much better with fast shipment and clear communication. If it stays like this you have a loyal customer!!
