I was extremely disappointed!!!! I purchased three sets of placemats for Thanksgiving. They were on sale so they ate not able to be returned when I open the boxes two of the sets are as described and matched the third set doesn't seem to have been finished properly I think someone skipped a final step on the finishing of these placemats!!!! the color is nowhere near the other two sets now I'm stuck with them. Also shipping was extremely expensive for these items I would order another set or like to exchange them, but I don't believe that's an option for me since they are a final sale non-returnable and I am certainly not going order another set and roll the dice that I get an unfinished again. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am about this.

I saw this perfume designed coin bank in a video on social media and searched for it online. Saw it on Amazon but before I can purchase it, it sold out. So once I searched online again and saw both Macys and ZGallerie were selling it but ZGallerie was selling it for half the price Macys was. Once I got the chance to. I feel like it’s not worth more than $20 maybe $25 I mean it’s a coin bank but it is really pretty in person & it’s big. So not only does it serve as a bank but as a nice touch to any room you decorate. It also came in silver which I didn’t realize until after I received my gold one and thought maybe I should’ve gotten silver instead just due to my color theme in my bedroom but nonetheless this is a beautiful piece and I’m happy with my purchase.

I have no complaints about ordering here on this website. I do not like with the amount of money that I spend on the items that I have to pay so much for shipping due to not having a store here in Kentucky.

when attempting to pay with my credit card, the screen would not display fields to enter CC info. i had to close & reopen the site in order for it to work.

I am extremely disappointed with Z Gallerie’s customer service and the handling of my order for two chairs. I paid $329 for delivery and was initially told to expect them within two to three weeks, with an expected delivery date of October 7. I was later informed that delivery would take approximately three weeks from October 1 just to reach the local hub, followed by additional time to schedule home delivery. Throughout this process, I have repeatedly explained that I want my chairs and do not want to cancel my order. Yet I have felt unheard, and getting clear answers has been unnecessarily frustrating. These changing timelines have also affected my travel plans. I requested a full refund of the delivery fee, but the response was a $100 offer, followed by another escalation to management. Repeated apologies and promises of updates do not resolve the inconvenience. For the price customers pay, I expected clear communication, reliable delivery estimates, and meaningful accountability. This experience has fallen far below those expectations.

Product looked smaller than what was advertised. It was to much discussion about what I received when it was clear that what I was expecting was larger. I’m not sure why return wasn’t offered as soon as it was established that item was not what I wanted. After 6 emails along with pictures and measurements I was told that the product was as described but it still wasn’t what I wanted

I had to return one throw pillow as it was not as expected. I did order an additional 2 more throw pillows (for a total of 6 throw pillows. 4 on orginal order and 2 on this 2nd order after my return of one pillow). I was not happy with the return shipping fee, than getting charged for shipping to my home for the return, and additional order i place for 2 pillows. I will not be ordering from Z-Gallerie in the future as there are many more other options for online shopping that I do not get charged for shipping. Extremely disappointed. In this day and age you would think your company wants to keep existing customers and not price themselves right out of the market:

I ordered a bed on September 5, 2026 with an original delivery window of September 19 - 26. That window came and went with no delivery and no meaningful update. Their tracking system was useless. It showed no specific updates past the original delivery window, something their own customer service rep acknowledged after I was originally going back & forth with AI automated responses. I was then given a revised delivery date of October 3. That date also came and went - no bed, no call, no proactive communication. I had to chase them down again just to ask what was happening. Even worse, Z Gallerie itself couldn't tell me where my bed was. Their rep had to escalate to their logistics team and senior management to track it down, and eventually admitted the bed arrived at the local carrier destination hub on September 29, but sat for weeks awaiting final sorting & routing by Unified Logistix Group (ULG). In the Z Gallerie rep's own words: "It is entirely unacceptable that you were left waiting without any scheduling contact or delivery update on October 3rd." The bed finally arrived October 10 - three weeks after the original delivery window closed. Even more strange - Z Gallerie emailed me twice on September 12 and 15 asking me to review my purchase before the bed was even delivered. I've ordered several times from Z Gallerie in the past. If you order a large furniture piece from the, do not rely on the current process of package tracking. I had to manage the logistics of my own purchase. Because of the weeks of headaches, they offered me a $80 credit for a bed that cost a total of $2,000. I expected to get better customer service after that, but after being a customer for so long, I think this may be my last purchase.

I actually would have preferred finding a local store and purchasing it from there to avoid a $30 shipping fee, but I see all of your stores are closed?? However, this planter will look way too good in my foyer to pass this up!

I don’t like that when I clicked on a products and added it to the carts, I had to start back at the beginning of the options and scroll back through to get to where I was. The side is also glitchy. When the cart gets full.
