I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I spent a long time searching for the perfect lamp and was excited when it finally arrived, only to discover that it was defective. The lamp was noticeably out of level and did not meet the quality standards I expected for the price.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. After receiving a defective product, I was asked to provide additional photos and was told I may be responsible for return shipping costs. By that point, the lamp had already been disassembled and repackaged for return. Expecting a customer to unpack, reassemble, photograph, and repackage a large defective item is unreasonable.
I paid for shipping, waited for delivery, received a defective product, and then had to argue over return shipping. This was my first purchase from this company, and unfortunately it will be my last. A company selling premium-priced products should stand behind its quality and make the return process right when a customer receives a defective item.
