The comforter I ordered was very pretty, although it was a very yellowish ivory, and I was looking for something closer to white or off-white. And the sides were not long enough to tuck in on a king-size mattress/padded frame. That was a deal breaker. A couple of years ago I ordered a king-size comforter from ZGallerie and the size was perfect, so I expected the same. The worst thing though was the return process. It's easy to understand from the website, but there were no less than 7 emails back and forth total before it was completely refunded. It shouldn't take that long or be that difficult! Several times ZGallerie offered to reduce my amount owed if I wanted to keep the item and not return it. But I was not interested in that option; I had over $250 invested, and keeping an item that doesn't work is wasteful. But the impression I got was that ZGallerie REALLY did not want me to return it and get a refund. I persisted and did eventually get the refund, but it shouldn't be this hard! Returns should be an easy thing to do, especially if I've followed all the rules as far as timing, etc. I will use ZGallerie again, but please improve the returns process!
