The site was easy to navigate and do virtual try ons. I was happy that there was a decent amount of glasses to choose from in my size, xs or small. They arrived in about 6 days and they came in a beautiful case with a cleaning cloth. At first I thought they were wrong color grey, but held them in the sunlight and they were the right color, blue grey. The fit was great and seem to be high quality. Hoping to have local place put my bifocals script in them. Local guys don't give out those measurements so as get the bifocals done online. That line needs to be in the right spot. Thanks for my new beautiful glasses!

It took quite awhile for my order to arrive. Also USPS didn't deliver on the expected delivery date because they need confirmation of my address? they did deliver the next day. Package was correctly addressed so that's on them.

I used the chat feature to see if I could order several frames to try on, return them all with my choice of the one or two that flattered me most to have prescription glasses and sunglasses made with. The individual who helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The only part of the process that I found difficult was figuring out how to save a frame as a favorite when I wanted to save it in two different colors. I did finally figure it out, and I'm excited to receive my frames! I really appreciate that I could narrow my search for frames based on the material of which they were made, the shape of the frames and the depth of the bridge of my nose. I have a metal allergy which forbids me wearing any eyeglasses made of any metal other than titanium. My nose has a very shallow bridge, and I appreciate that Yesglasses has plastic frames made for such a face. The face shape detection tool that suggests the shapes of frames that would be most flattering for my face, was a great help! I'm very impressed with the low cost of the frames and prescription lenses on this site! In the past 56 years of purchasing eyeglasses, the process for choosing and the cost of the products has never been easier or more affordable. I will definitely recommend Yeseyelasses to family and friends!

While the website can sometimes be difficult to navigate and I wish I could try on the glasses WITH the color lenses I’ve chosen (not only try them on with clear lenses), I have so far been very satisfied with this company and the quality of their products. The quality is great for the price, I love that I can save my prescription in my account to make shopping easier and I love, love, love that there is always a discount code I can use - it means I usually buy more than I need, not less haha.

When I receive a pair of reading glasses and a pair of distance glasses, I liked the light color of the reading glasses very much. When I tried on the black distance glasses , I found them to look too severe and requested a switch to the clear ones. I immediately received a reply and the new glasses are being processed. I reached out to you by email again as I expected to receive a tag to mail back the black pair, and I was told I may keep them. I’m happy as the replacement ones are still in the works, and now I can use the spare glasses to go birding this wkend! That is awesome.
