It was my first time purchasing eyeglasses online. I had to take a selfie for trying on frames. My 1st selfie ever and it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. I liked all the choices of frames. I had to return this pair because they were just a little too small. The process couldn’t have been easier. I sent an email and they said no problem and quickly sent a return form that I printed and sent them right back. I love your product this is a repeat purchase, last time I had an issue you resolved it in an excellent manner. I had 2 minor problems today 1- you did not remember my email or password It was unclear how to order 2 pairs and benefit from the PAIRS promo.
