I’ve ordered three pair of glasses and every one of them have the same problem. They cannot get the prescription right for some reason. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else, but here and no one has called me and let me know how I can fix the problem. I love the glasses. I just can’t see out of them because everything is blurry and they keep entering the wrong prescription for me. I’m leaving my number again. Hoping someone can contact me and let me know what to do if we can get the right prescription I plan on ordering through here a lot more because I love the glasses in the price. We just have to figure out why they’re entering my prescription wrong if someone can call me at 512-760-5665. I really would appreciate it thank you.

I was looking for smaller circle frames to wear as part of a 1850s costume for a museum educator role. Google took me to the School frames, but I had to drill down to find the smallest (Hominid). I appreciated the purchaser photos and the dimensions to help me decide. I wish the Hominid Green Tortoise frames weren't out of stock, but the honey frames match my strawberry blonde hair.

i have ordered before. like my glasses. find them reasonably priced and of good quality. i ordered again because i received an email stating BOGO + 10%. that is really not the case. and to find the "fine print" you have to find the drop down. i think this is a bit misleading and unecessary. let your shoppers decide for themselves with legitimate information. bad marketing imho

I was surprised at the stylish options available for such an affordable price. I wish the virtual “try-on” feature was a little more accurate or there were more review photos. But I’m really happy with my new sunglasses!

No matter what I did, and I lost over 30 minutes of my life BECAUSE of the problem, my Zip code (you refer to it as a postal code) was denied. I've lived here for almost 37 years, and I purchase from Amazon (by the way) easily between two and six times each month, with multiple items. I even clicked on the AMAZON choice under the SHIPPING page, but no bloody luck! I then could not reach anyone by phone - expected more than strict hours. Anyway, only a few minutes ago, I went back, back, back, and landed on my order page which head MULTIPLE copies of my order. My Zip code was - and is - CORRECT, and can be either 91321 or 91321-4512. Both work perfectly. I then notice something else on my current order page - besides my order being listed MANY, MANY times down that page - I noticed that there was a PAIRS discount, where I could save 30% on any TWO pairs with the code PAIRS. However, the code field was already filled in with: BTS2026. Didn't know what THAT was, but was "afraid" to delete it to then type in "PAIRS". Humph. Ever since my first purchase of a pair of your glasses - before I created an account - whenever folks admire my glasses, I ALWAYS tell them "YesGlasses!!!! TRUST me!" So, I'm all churned up. THEN... and totally bizarre - and it made absolutely NO SENSE of the location, I for the 200th+ plus time, tried to place my order. AFTER my CREDIT CARD INFORMATION - but peculiarly in that very SAME field - was a tiny spot for my Zip code. WHAT THE HECK?!?!?!???!?!! So I entered my five-digit Zip code IN that same credit card field (weirdness), and that finally seems to have done the trick. It's a dopey place for a Zip code, especially when it's already in the four shipping addresses (ALL THE BLOODY SAME!) at the TOP of the order page. Boy oh boy, am I pissed off. I couldn't reach a living agent, either, by the way. Just not the same as for previous orders. Disappointing, to say the very least.

the website generally is very user friendly. you might add an easy way to get the user to save her/his input and retrieve it—in my case I wanted to change one aspect of the glasses and didn't want to go through the hassle of putting in the specs again

Just got these really cool glasses recently and the sunglasses are great. The other pair is like another pair I have that's tinted but this newest pair doesn't fit my face as well. I really like the progressive bifocal but I can't keep them up. Weird because the first pair like these stay up even when I'm sweating. But these, slide down and feel loose. I'm sorry I bought them.
