Information about the frames was excellent. It was easy to purchase frames. Unfortunately, the frames were not a good fit for me. I have difficulty finding frames that fit my small face and often do not know if they will fit until I received them in person.

I had a very easy purchase. I would suggest giving more of a description of what the options are when you are selecting lenses such as “Polycarbonate” I have no idea what that is but it was suggested by my eye doctor so I added it on. I would just suggest clarifying what the add ons are so the customer knows what they’re selecting. Other than that AMAZING purchase i can’t wait to receive my glasses.

Everything was fine. My only issue was that when choosing 'mens' glass frames, there were obviously womens frames offered. It made wading through the frames more challenging because I had to bypass so many frames that were obviously for women. And if 'all frames are for everyone', why have men and women categories?

Frames came with arms bent differently, would Of been better if they came Totally straight so I can adjust them from a consistent position. At least easy to Adjust with hot water. Lenses are great, script seems right.

I was impressed with the style/color selection, lifestyle photos of the glasses (this complemented the "try on" feature well, for me, since glasses aren't just an item for me to wear but also an object to look at!), as well as the toggles for glasses size so I could find a pair EXACTLY in the narrow range I was seeking. I was pulled in by the first-time buyer incentive that popped up on my screen, and Iimmediately gave my email because I knew I would be making a purchase. Website UX is top notch! The only thing that could be improved is an AR or live try-on feature like comparable glasses sites have.

I thought things were going fine, until the system wouldn't save my prescription information from one screen to the next. I intended to buy two pairs of glasses tonight and take advantage of the additional sale), but the frustration with the form got to me and I only ordered one pair. I'm not sure if THAT one will be right , whether the cylinder will be built in? Otherwise, I found a few styles I liked and some nice colors, and did buy one pair. When My daughter was 13, she found YESGLASSES. She chose a pair of rimless, octagon shaped frames. She has now ordered the same frames three times for three different prescriptions. YesGlasses has solid styles. Unhappy that their return policy is now shortened to 14 days for "style." I have purchased from YesGlasses at least six times over the past couple of years. Shortening their return time disincentivizes purchasing from YesGlasses again. Don't make it difficult for customers to do returns; 14 days is obnoxious.
