It was honestly horrible. I would add 3 candles and my cart showed 3 but when I went in, it only showed two… if I hit back on my browser it would clear my cart completely. So I filled it again and the same thing would happen. I had to clear my cache and cookies for it to show properly. I believe it was because I had a promo code and the one candle was already on clearance so it wouldn’t let me check out with it, but not clearly letting me know why the candle would just disappear made the experience unsatisfactory. That was just the beginning. Then when I tried to checkout it gave me the option to pay in 4 payments if I chose PayPal so it would kick me to PayPal, I got approved and then it would take me back to yankee to complete the process but the yankee site didn’t reflect that I was paying with payments on PayPal and it was saying “process with card or pay with paypal” but I JUST checked out with PayPal and on top of that, it was only showing 2 candles instead of the 3 but that is when I realized that the 3rd candle was on clearance so it was never added. So I had to start the process all over again and it still didn’t reflect that I was processing through PayPal and it was asking for 64 instead of the 12-14 that the payments were for so I went back AGAIN… then the third time PayPal declined bc they prob think it’s fraud. So I had to use klarna. Like if the payment process doesn’t work then don’t offer it. Then I’ll just buy 2 candles in full, which is the same amount . I just would rather the convenience of more candles and pay overtime. So yea this experience sucked. Sorry for the language please make the checkout process acknowledge when people use a 3rd party payment method
