Found items hyperlinked through a Google search. Added items to cart, clicked on sign in/register and links were not working when clicked on (nor through Facebook)—nothing happened on the page. Ultimately registered with a new email, but not without any challenges; my name has special characters in it, and there was no error on the page when I clicked create after submitting with my official, legal name—the page quickly buffered and stayed on the same screen, not saying what was preventing an account from being successfully created—after “completing” three times wasn’t doing anything, I tried submitting using a regular character, which then seemed to work. Now completely logged in, that suddenly removed ALL items from cart and I couldn’t get them back, so I had to re-add all of them one by one. Then I went to Submit my order with all regular characters of my name, the prompt said, processing order and not to refresh the page; however, it said that for 10+ minutes that I had to refresh the page and try again. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again, and after eight minutes, I refreshed the page again. The third time, I thought maybe it was my payment method that was preventing it from going through, so I tried selecting Apple Pay and the Apple Pay prompt said that my card type (Discover) was not accepted by the merchant – yet the payment page did show Discover as an option. I tried typing in the card information once again and making sure all contact information was correct and normal. Finally, the order went through.
Also, as I’m making this comment, sub-prompts for my comment came up and I CANNOT select any of the options. For the record, the primary topic of my comment was going to be Check-out/Shopping cart, but better aligns with TECHNICAL ISSUES/SITE PERFORMANCE. And I would describe my comments as NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS PURCHASE.
