Everything was awesome. Some of the questions I couldn't answer because I do not know how the product is going to be. If it comes like described with no issues it will be a 10 outta 10. The only thing I do not like is it did not give me an estimated time it was going to arrive. So I pray that it comes b4 I need it. I would have paid the extra money to buy it off Amazon just to know they were recommending it to be here a week b4 I need it.

This motorcycle exceeded my expectations. The quality is terrific. The upgrades are absolutely terrific. The color in the frame is absolutely gorgeous. And it was everything I expected. I am super happy with my purchase, and it is worth every dollar I paid. The customer service is terrific, with no letdowns. And as they say I got every bang for my buck. I will be recommending this bike to everybody, and all my friends. Only one downside on this motorcycle, it could have been made with more horsepower. But it's great for beginners and intermediate riders. For experienced motorcycle riders, it needs more horsepower. I'm going to register my ex pro 250, and ride it everywhere. Thus far into a deal to purchase an E dirt bike, it has not gone well at all. Order was flagged due to billing address in CA did not match the shipping address in AZ. CA address was void due to company refusing to ship to a CA address! Multiple emails caused some confusion as I submitted in error a CC code which was soon corrected. Since then we have talked with company and was given a shipper tracking number which turns out to be totally false! Either wrong number or there is none. We are about to cancel the order and file a claim for reversal of funds already received. If this can be made good shortly, we are good to go, if not, we are done. Customer service, Zora Z. has been positive but ineffective partly due to my error. Since the correction company claims to have shipped but there is no evidence of this being true as tracking number given is not ours, if there even is one! Calling again in the morning, 10-08, one more time to get some straight answers..........hopefully. Our confidence and trust in the company has fallen to a very low credibility. The response to a clean order has been dismal. We understand the issues of fraud and predatory behavior they must endure, but when is enough, enough to prove we are sincere? Standing by for a positive response. MD

We’ve had a great experience with XproUSA so far. Shipping was easy, everything arrived on time, and they placed it exactly where I wanted it in the garage. Most of the assembly was already done, and there were plenty of helpful reference videos for the remaining steps. I was able to finish it myself, although a second pair of hands would have made it much easier. We originally bought the HAWK 125cc ATV, and a week later bought the X-PRO 125cc dirt bike. Both look beautiful and run great. It took the boys a little time to figure out how everything worked, but once they got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. They’re absolutely obsessed and never want to stop riding! Based on our experience so far, I’d definitely recommend XproUSA. Easy delivery, manageable assembly, and two very happy boys.

Everything was great until I hooked the battery up and turned it on everything was great until the Head light would not work we checked everything to make sure there's no wires lose there wasn't so it has to be the bulb so I have to get one other wise I am very happy with the product it would be nice if y'all would send me one

The website design is top notch and appears and functions like a modern updated website, I wish that all the photos were in hd. The templar m had hd photos you can zoom in on, the templar x that I wanted to purchase not so much. The descriptions could be a more specific as well as a lot of it sounded like fluff without much real info. All in all it is what I would expect from a well put together company that ultimately sells overseas products but better that the competition and one of the reasons I chose this company.

The delivery was a big issue, it was mainly the shipper’s fault; The first attempt of delivery didn’t happen because their truck was too big to enter my neighborhood (according to their customer service), 2nd attempt failed because the driver couldn’t find the my address. The same evening after the 2nd attempt I called customer service and they said it will be shipped back to the sender and that the truck is on its way back to Ohio. It took me 15 min of practically begging over the phone for them to have it delivered again for the third time since it was already my son’s birthday and the ATV was his present. Thankfully, they ended up sending a truck again and I had to meet with him and we ended up receiving the package on Thursday (9/17) instead of Tuesday (9/15).

So I ordered the 125 storm atv and the 110 blast atv for my daughters for last Christmas they arrived on time but the 125 cdi was bad so I contacted customer support they shipped me the new one no charge just in time that was awesome my kids loved them then my daughter lost both her keys and I just order the new ignition and keys got it in no time and easy to install I am very satisfied with Xpro

I needed a new fuel shut off valve for my X Pro 150cc storm that I purchased in 2023. Jumped on X Pro parts website, a brief search and I found exactly what I was looking for. Added to the cart, paid with card and it was delivered to my house within the time line they quoted. Very satisfied with this purchase

I got the Drax Apex after being recommended this bike over another I was looking at. The apex is absolutely fantastic. Plenty of power for my 6'3 195 frame while being tame enough in mode 1 for my kids to ride around on it. Took it out to some Utah mountain trails and it ripped! Ill be back for another for my wife and a couple smaller bikes for my kids! Any questions I've had after purchase have been promptly answered. Customer service is fantastic, which is rare for a Chinese company.

The go kart is amazing. My son is obsessed. The only issue we had was clearly a shipping issue. It was supposed to arrive before his birthday weekend and Tuesday, then got pushed to Thursday, then got pushed to Friday. Then on Friday it changed to Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. I called the shipping company because it was sitting in their warehouse about 40 minutes from my house for two days and asked if we could just pick it up before the weekend and not ruin his birthday! Thankfully they accommodated that. Unfortunately it was pretty messed up in shipping. The metal crate was crushed despite there being a giant sticker that said not to put anything on top of it. This led to big scratches and holes in the plastics and a bunch of missing hardware from the package being ripped open. We replaced the hardware at home depot and I contacted customer service. Joyce was AMAZING. I told her what happened and she offered to send a refund covering the cost of the missing hardware and a refund to cover the scratches on the roof panel. However, since the panel was so badly damaged, I asked for a replacement instead, and that is on its way! Customer service is above and beyond and even asked to see how my son was enjoying his go kart. Those little details matter! Its a solid go kart. Couldn't beat the price. Customer service is a total win! The only thing lacking was the shipping aspect, which I understand its hard to ship heavy freight across the country with no damage.

Excellent shipping container and rapid delivery. High quality product, good quality parts and was particularly impressed by all fasteners had self locking nuts and good bolts. Needed installation instructions, online video was for 125 not 150cc no sound.

Most of the site is good to navigate, ordering is simple because it's powered by shopify. More clarity and better presentation of product specs would have been nice.

I ordered the Condor, you sent me a Vader, and it was beat to hell, scratched, and even had fuel lines unattached. Shit show. I would imagine getting any compensation would be a task. I bought 3. 2 arrived great. 1...a total shit show.
