The products that Webstaurant carry are all top notch- and they have an amazing variety to products. I have always found what I needed and been happy with my purchases. Sometimes the shipping costs are pretty high but that is not under their control.

prices are too high. SHIPPING cost is way out of whack- too high. figure it out- cut a deal with shippers. I like the one product I order, but you have little options like it. Table paper. 40"

Shipping fees are ridiculously high. Especially when this is a nonprofit church ordering from your site.

This will be my third order from Webstaurant and the service and quality have been exceptional. I don't know why the 18: X 48" wire shelving is as reasonably priced as it is because smaller units are much more expensive. I(n addition there was no shipping charge. I had previously bought similar unit from both BJ's and Costco for about the same price but after the service from Webstaurant I wouldn't go back to either Costco or BJ's for these shelving units.

Everything was pretty easy. My only gripe would be that "Home use" for a non-business related purchase is kind of easy to miss when scrolling through the list of options but other than that it's pretty straightforward.

The reason why I don't recommend this website it's because when they cancel your order because items that they had which were posted on their website for no longer available nobody reaches out to you because they do have your phone number but they expect restaurant owners to be sitting behind the computer and restaurants don't do that the largest owners of restaurants her mom and pops and they don't sit in front of their computers on a day-to-day basis

I got a "rip-off" on the payment. The shipping price ($37.17) was more than the products ($36.98). Will never order again and may consider reporting them to the BBB.

Customer service here is TOP OF THE LINE. Have had a couple of damaged orders come in and they are on it. The last one which I had a rush to get out to a customer and the item came in destroyed and customer service next day aired the replacement out! Needless to say when you are in a business that customers will not except excuses for being late..... You guys are the best!!!

I’ve had a great experience with this web restaurant/store. They offer original, high-quality products, and their service is reliable and professional. Delivery is always handled carefully and arrives as expected. The ordering process is easy, and customer support is responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, the experience has been very smooth and trustworthy. The only downside is that the shipping cost is a bit too high and should be lower. Aside from that, everything else has been excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for authentic products and dependable service.
