As usual, my experience purchasing what I need from this site was easy, quick, and pleasant. I have been ordering from Online Labels for years. I usually stock up, so I don't make frequent orders, but I am a reliable customer. Logging in was super easy and the layout and UI of the website feel clean and orderly. I just duplicated a past order of mine and tweaked the number of sheets for one of the products. My credit card information was already stored, so I just entered in the 3-digit security code and put in my zip code to calculate shipping. The calculator was only off by a dollar or two, and it actually ended up being slightly less expensive than expected. I appreciate the addition of the 1-year subscription to Maestro label creator that came free with my purchase. I received my confirmation email quickly and have no doubt that Online Labels will ship my order quickly and in very study packaging. I have never received an order later than was advertised and I have never received any damaged product.

I am a small business just starting out. I like that there are no minimums on an order. However, with the product I sell there are a multiple of different labels. In turn, it does get quite expensive when I'm only needing a dozen or so labels per product.

I was told that one half of the order may be coming from another of your sites. I only received one package and was waiting on the remainder. I had originally thought I had only received half the order. I checked the order that came in and it contained both orders as requested and in a timely manner. I really loved the ability to search labels by size, that solidified my purchase for me (being able to find the right size quickly made me buy from Online Labels instead of any other site). I also LOVED the amount of shapes and sizes available. I do wish that I could switch between colors of the same size easier. I had selected a fluorescent green, and then wanted to see what other colors were available in that same label size/shape before purchasing (the size was priority for what I needed), but I had to go back and view all available colors from the main label page and re-sort by size again.
