I love the website. It's very easy to navigate. I truly LOVE beads. They are the best vendor I ever found. I was a little confused trying to find some spacers. They are grouped in metal beads and I will know where to find them in the future. Prices have gotten crazy, with everything else.

I regularly and have for years, purchased from Fire Mountain Gems. I think their accuracy and shipping consistency is wonderful. Since I cannot see the products in person before I purchase them, I do return items from just about every purchase. Mostly due the lack of quality. In particular, the bead mixes are recently very low grade. This disappoints me because I really enjoy the bead mixes. I also will return things if I like the beads, but feel the price is too high for what I received. Quality vs. price. I really wish that the items in the bead mixes could be identified so I would know this to tell my customers when they ask me.

Only negative was that in the shipping and billing address fields, my address and apartment number kept switching fields -- but that may be just an issue on my end! Otherwise everything went well and I was happy to get a $10 off code!

I was very disappointed to learn that when my original delivery did not come because of an addressing problem (to be fair one could say both myself & your company were to blame; I didn't catch it, you didn't bother to check the address before it was sent), that I would have to pay to have it shipped again. Not only that, but I was charged more than what it cost the first time! How is any of that fair? Your prices may be slightly lower, but it is also shipped in smaller packages. I needed the beads to compete projects so I ordered them. Your original shipping time was slower than the other companied I ordered from the first time; I was not accorded some of the other courtesies (free shipping, points) that I have received from other bead companies. So why did I order from you? Not sure. I think maybe there was one color I needed so I just added other beads since I was paying shipping. I'm just disappointed for a variety of reasons. Next time I will sub in colors & not order from you again. You maybe should rethink some of your policies. Mistakes do gt made sometimes.

I stocked up on metal number beads because they are going out of stock. Same for 7x7mm Greek letter beads. I wish Fire Mtn would continue to carry these because now I have to find a new source. I have bought these for my jewelry for years.
