I hope this is hepful: 1. The drop down when searching is frustrating as you cannot navigate elsewhere and it only shows a few item so you have to click enter to get out of it. 2. Also, when searching and sorting it would be helpful to be able to choose multiple items and not have to completely start a new search for each description, ie. sorting such things as gold AND silver AND silver plated. 3. It is very helpful to be able to receive an email when an item is back in stock. 4. I have been a platinum customer for many years spending 10-20k per year but I have been finding the same items elsewhere for less. It would be helpful to have additional discounts for platinum members when we purchase large quantities of the same item, ie 50+ of an item gets discounted pricing. This will help you compete with China sites like Alibaba, Made in China etc....

Fire Mountain has been my source for over 12 years to run my jewelry business to consistently create my quality jewelry designs. The Platinum Customer Service (Claudia) has been like an extension of my company and we work closely to make sure I have the products I need or in the case of back orders or discontinued items, she will help me find suitable replacements. I couldn't run my biz without FM!

I love that I can order online because the closest bead store to me is a half hour to an hour away depending on the traffic. I only wish the descriptions of the items were a little more detailed. I understand that would take forever due to the number of items on the website though.
