I got the tree opened the box and almost every leaf was dead the tree looks like it’ll live but I didn’t think it be this brown with shipping for 3 days. Was disappointed when I saw it but it is extremely hot out so I understand

My second order is moss and a humidity tray, which I haven’t received yet, but the ordering experience has been great. I’m looking forward to getting them!

My plants were delivered fairly quickly and healthy. Most of the time they are the size expected. I have ordered from another company and they don’t always arrive healthy. My only complaint with EL is that every plant I’ve ordered comes in a black pot.
