Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of your products. The packaging is excellent, and the products themselves are well made. However, I feel that the prices are higher than those of similar products from other brands. While the quality justifies part of the cost, more competitive pricing would encourage me to purchase more often and recommend your products to others. I would appreciate it if you could offer more discounts, rewards, loyalty benefits, or promotional pricing to help make the products more affordable. I liked the customization options and being able to see the price update in real time conveniently. However, I found that when trying to move my cursor around the page it would cause this huge dropdown menu of ring/pendant/etc. options to obscure the entire page; to get rid of it, I had to go down into the 0.25" of space left at the bottom of the page. This made it inconvenient to move the cursor through the page.

Love the pearls. I paid extra for a more secure clasp. Unfortunately, it is so difficult to latch and close my wife can't do it herself. I'm going to have to take it to a jeweler to replace with something secure but easier to latch.

My wife and I were out to dinner with friends for my wife’s 75th birthday. This is when I gave my wife the pendant necklace I bought for birthday. I had opened the package when it arrived to my home. I waited to give it to her at the party. I was totally in awe when my wife opened the gift. I was just as surprised by how the necklace was packaged. When she opened the box the presentation was incredible. The necklace was showered in light that was absolutely stunning. Everyone at the dinner was amazed by the look of the necklace. My wife has three birthstones. One was pearls, another was moonstone and I chose the alexandrite. I am glad I chose that stone. Everyone commented on the piece. My original wedding ring was lost approximately 15 years ago, and I noticed that Angara offered a very similarly designed wedding band. I was very pleasantly surprised that the actual ring looked even better than what was pictured online! The detail, quality and craftsmanship could only truly be appreciated when the ring is physically in your hand or on your finger. The 30-day return policy is what finally convinced me to make the order, and I am glad I did as the ring may even be of better quality than the original! It has great sentimental value for me already.

While customer service was responsive and helpful, the item I received did not resemble the product photo on their website. The setting was not the same, and the Ruby that was selected did not fill the setting properly, nor did it seem to be the correct size. Customer service tried multiple times to have me replace it and work with them to get it right, which was very nice, however after receiving my order I did not feel comfortable with having them try to replace or fix the issue and ultimately decided to go with a different company.
