Hello, We previously purchased a ring from Angara, and because buying jewelry online can be difficult, we had to return the ring several times before finally getting the right one. Throughout that process, we were very satisfied with the service we received. This time, however, we purchased a bracelet. I really loved the bracelet, but I was concerned about losing it because the clasp was open. I therefore wanted to exchange it for another bracelet with a secure, closed clasp. Because of our previous return history, we were informed that the new bracelet would be final sale and could not be returned if we reordered it. We accepted this condition. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when ordering. I thought the pearls my husband had originally purchased were 7mm, but they were actually 5mm. I therefore ordered the 7 mm version, and because the pearls are larger, I am unable to properly fasten the bracelet. It is simply much too tight for me. I offered to pay all the costs associated with returning this bracelet and having another bracelet sent to me in the correct size. I have sent two messages regarding this situation, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. If you are unable to accept my offer, I completely understand and would accept a negative answer. However, I would at least expect a response letting me know that you are sorry, but that you cannot accept my offer to cover the return and shipping costs and send me another bracelet. I find it disappointing and unprofessional that my two messages have gone unanswered. That said, I want to emphasize that, based on our previous interactions, I had always found Angara’s customer service to be excellent. I bought a diamond by pass ring and it's gorgeous. I bought it to represent myself and boyfriend who sadly passed 3 days before I received the ring. It's now very precious and sentimental to me. The earrings were not attached to the hole when I opened the box. A small detail, but the pretty light comes on and they are loose rolling around the box. They should have been fastened in. My previous orders of earrings arrived connected.

The 12% discount kept disappearing from my cart without notice and I had to find the email link to reenable it. Same thing happened to the free gift I chose. It kept reverting to the more limited options without the 12% discount code. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the variety of options and pricing.

I shopped the website on a couple different days and was a bit confused when a 12% discount but then received a text for a 15%discount which I appreciated, but at checkout initially was at 12% later changed to the 15%.
