The purchase and receiving experience went well. Someone even followed up by phone and made sure I had installation information I might need. There are a few things that I would like to see some improvement on: 1) the overall cost seems fairly high for the product, although it is more heavy duty than I expected. I purchased them because my customer specified them. 2) It doesn't make sense to me how one dimension of the access panel has plenty of room around the access frame for installation, but the other dimension is very tight with only a 1/4 - 1/2" of play in the framing 3) the shipping cost is crazy
