Ordering was easy and order arrived in a couple days. I wasn't expecting it delivery to be so prompt. I do wish shipping had been less. Spending $400 and paying an additional $60 for ground shipping hurt a little.

I learned of your company through online search. The hot knife our construction team needed was received. Contractor is very happy with the hot knife.. The expedited shipping was so costly and we needed it sooner than later. I paid the additional shipping for 3 day deliver and it took 5 full business days.
