Easy to order, liked the payment plan option. Delivered on time and setting up bed now but so far has been a great experience. The tracking on the order delivery was not always up to date.

I have been purchasing water bed replacements from this company since the late 1990's and am very glad they are still in business and are "made in the USA" and did not take a month to get to me like anything else I order online! Only thing is they sent items in 2 separate boxes, but they both arrive together

I needed a zippered pillowtop cover. I didn't see that option listed so I ordered the mattress pad to hold me over while I got the pillowtop dry cleaned. The sides of the cover flop down and don't stay all the way up once the top is removed. It was very hard to get the cover on. It is not something I'd reccamend.

The California King Strata 8 waterbed mattress appears to be as it was marketed and sold. The heater seems to be high quality and the liner appears to a good design and material.

Needed waterbed sheets. Last time I ordered through another site, they sent regular sheets. We have been making them work, but everyday have to tuck the corners back in. Needed actual waterbed sheets.

I had to go back to beginning to double check size of rail pads. It would be easier if length is given on page for adding to cart. Rails do not say if the pads are attached to wood or plastic, but reviews sound like the rails will last.

wanted a new zip top for my waterbed mattrass but would have had to order entire mattress cover top and bottom. this is a good alternative to get my cover dry cleaned.

Did not get the 24-hour delivery service actually took 4 days not including the weekend the Box showed up in very sketchy condition so I was worried that the mattress was damaged and it was not from the carrier that's how it came from your Warehouse completely taped box... how do you open a completely taped box no cardboard not covered with tape when you know there is a vinyl mattress inside sharp objects was not an option which sucked trying to get the mattress out of the box.

A lot to choose from, which makes decisions difficult, not all waterbeds are the same. Depth of mattress, amount of fiber layers, positioning of layers and wether they are secured or free floating, smooth top or what looks like pockets on top ... it's very difficult to decide.

The website was okay, but did not supply information that I was curious about, so I had to call to talk to Sales to get answers to my questions. Mainly my questions were because I could not compare items for review, and I could not filter my viewing options like Hardsided vs. Softsided, or level of motion so I had to sort by hand and got confused when one of the level of motion items in the bundled section was seperated by approximately 5 rows from the other 2 options at the top of the list. Filtering by origin of manufacture might be a good choice too since I don't remember seeing "Made in USA" in the description of the mattress that I purchased, also thickness of vinyl information was not readily visible (if I remember correctly).

I purchased the most recent waterbed because I purchased the same one last year for a different property I own. My 50 yr old waterbed’s heater died at my primary residence, so I upgraded to a soft side waterbed. I love that they use regular sheets. I have already sent information to a dear friend who might be interested in purchasing a waterbed.

My order went through and was shipped quickly but because they didnt ship from what they list as their nearest facility in Colorado and instead shipped from on of the furtherest delivery areas for where I live, I had to wait over the weekend to get the new mattress which meant sleeping on an air mattress over the weekend. It they had used Colorado then I would have had it within a couple days but certainly before the weekend. Once I did get it the mattress was great.
