He was so patient, walking me through the details of my old mattress and explaining in detail what information he needed to give me the best recommendation for my mattress. my old mattress was over 30 years old! I got no help on the phone with choosing the correct mattress that I wanted. I was told to watch the videos. I picked the wrong one. The mattress is too firm and very thin. The liner is also very thin and won't stay up very well. I would tell everyone not to order from waterbedoutlet.

The waterbed mattress cover I needed was easy to find on the website. We called customer to get more information and the person with whom we spoke was knowledgeable and friendly. The cover was sent the following day. Unfortunately, UPS was incredibly slow and changed the delivery date and time twice. You might consider using the Post Office or FedEx,
