The videos for each type of mattress was great. It helped me make up my mind. The bundles were also nice. Comparing some of the items vs. Amazon is very comparable, which was nice to see. Free shipping & no taxes was also very nice. The other videos on installing the heater was also very nice. Professionally done. Thank you.

I am glad to find sheets for a freeflow mattress. There are people who like waterbeds. Unfortunately there are no stores selling waterbeds and supplies, including sheets, near me.

No issues, I bought a waterbed from another company that went out of business. I developed my second leak in a year so I had to replace the bed. i found your site which had a replacement bladder. it fit perfectly and I did not need to buy an entorely new bed. Arrived quickly and fit perfectly.

The waterbed mattress cover I needed was easy to find on the website. We called customer to get more information and the person with whom we spoke was knowledgeable and friendly. The cover was sent the following day. Unfortunately, UPS was incredibly slow and changed the delivery date and time twice. You might consider using the Post Office or FedEx,

would like a higher thread count option and it is hard to tell if the sheets you are selling are for a waterbed or for the water bed mattress style -- it would be better if the water bed sheets were separated from the water bed mattress sections. the first choice I want to make is the bed type - mattress style or true water bed - then I want to see product related to that style of bed -- and then once I choose the sheets I want to see the thread counts and styles of the bed type and finally I want to read the details and the choose the color / pattern. I would look at auto parts websites to see how they do it to lock in the make model and years of the cars part they show you.

First the good stuff... Arrived quickly. Once I found the right installation video, installation went well. So far we like the soft rail support system After two nights we are happy with the temperature and firmness. Now the bad stuff... I am very disappointed in the quality of the zipper that connects the bottom panel to the mattress top. This zipper is in no way the proper choice for this application. It is far too narrow and will not stand up to repeated removal of the top for cleaning and maintenance of the bladder. It snagged several times on the loose and shoddy stitching while closing it. For comparison, the zipper on the mattress we are discarding is 3/8" wide and has a 3/4" tongue. This was what I expected of "the highest quality in materials and workmanship" and why I agreed to pay $1500 for this product.

I called two different waterbed distributers, one, (doctor something or other) never called me back and the other (Waterbed Outlet) answered their phone and stepped me through the process of choosing the correct replacement bladders for my bed. It did take a couple of tries to get ahold of the Waterbed Outlet guy for a follow up request but he eventually answered the phone and I didn't have to go through 20 questions from a machine to "get to the right person" and he resolved my issue. I won't even think about the other online store for future waterbed needs.

I have been purchasing water bed replacements from this company since the late 1990's and am very glad they are still in business and are "made in the USA" and did not take a month to get to me like anything else I order online! Only thing is they sent items in 2 separate boxes, but they both arrive together

I needed a zippered pillowtop cover. I didn't see that option listed so I ordered the mattress pad to hold me over while I got the pillowtop dry cleaned. The sides of the cover flop down and don't stay all the way up once the top is removed. It was very hard to get the cover on. It is not something I'd reccamend.

The California King Strata 8 waterbed mattress appears to be as it was marketed and sold. The heater seems to be high quality and the liner appears to a good design and material.

Needed waterbed sheets. Last time I ordered through another site, they sent regular sheets. We have been making them work, but everyday have to tuck the corners back in. Needed actual waterbed sheets.

I had to go back to beginning to double check size of rail pads. It would be easier if length is given on page for adding to cart. Rails do not say if the pads are attached to wood or plastic, but reviews sound like the rails will last.
