Slept on a waterbed my whole life. When I needed to replace my mattress or needed something, I go here. They have exactly what I wanted and the website is easy to navigate. No complaints and couldn't ask for anything else.

There were only 2 choices for the sheets that I wanted; i.e., attached queen-sized, elastic corners. If a higher quality cotton fabric had been available, I would have purchased it.

While I did not "notice" whether I had been informed of the delivery time-line, I feel the delivery was expeditious. Setting up the heater, liner and "bladder" were very easy, as was the filling of the bladder.

I was shopping for waterbed sheets for a queen-sized waterbed, elastic all around, attached sheets. There were only a couple of choices. There used to be more choices. At least you had what I wanted.

The same day I placed my order I saw it for $170 and I paid $239.99 ON SALE from the waterbedoutlet. I contacted customer service by email and asked if they matched lower price found. NO Response!! That is a $69.99 price difference! Exact same from manufacturer on Amazon. Next time I will check there first!

I selected the softside bed kits to choose a bed. I chose the options, including the size and accessories. The video showed me that the bed is easy to assemble and it looks like a quality. The price was the most reasonable that I have found.

Tried to order G500 but website glitched. Ended up buying G600 instead since I didn't want to wait to call them on Monday. I wished that the website would have given more realistic delivery estimate, as shipment arrived on Thursday afternoon, even though I ordered it on Sunday.

I called customer service and spoke with John. He was so patient, walking me through the details of my old mattress and explaining in detail what information he needed to give me the best recommendation for my mattress. my old mattress was over 30 years old! YEt he was able to glean enough information to give me exactly what I needed to know to order correctly.

I got no help on the phone with choosing the correct mattress that I wanted. I was told to watch the videos. I picked the wrong one. The mattress is too firm and very thin. The liner is also very thin and won't stay up very well. I would tell everyone not to order from waterbedoutlet.
