The item information online was incorrect. I had to call the store to verify that the item on hand was the one I wanted before I placed my order for pickup. Similar picture/item, but the milligrams were different from what I purchased previously and what is in store. I’m glad I called to verify instead of giving up and ordering from Amazon.

I had a really good checkout experience with vitamin shoppe. My kids and I as well as my husband have been sick and so our usual store (sprouts) did not have the supplements we needed this time around. I think the site is good and easy to shop on. I was just disappointed I couldn’t use my 15% coupon on my purchase. I’m not sure if that was because it was on a BOGO promotion or autoship. Other sites let you use coupons with promos, so that was disappointing.
