Many vitamins on the market cannot be trusted to contain what they claim and actually do more harm than good to either your wallet, your health or both. I have never had to worry about The Vitamin Shoppes products and their website is easy to navigate. They have a wide selection and prices are very reasonable. The only place I go for my supplemental health needs.

I enjoyed how detailed the information was on each product that I chose to look at. I really like the BOGO options, as I utilized that feature when I was shopping in-store. I like the fact that these items I am able to pick up at store, and have them shipped at my mom subsequently after, had I have chose the subscription this time. I was really excited when I had a $10 coupon which expires in a few days!

There is no reason it should have taken over a week for me to get my items when the store is literally a few miles from where I live. I've ordered from there before and it usually only takes a few days. This time was very disappointing. If I was to go on this delivery alone, I'd never order from here again.

Unlike previous orders this one was "delivered" by Amazon. Amazon delivered it to my next door neighbor instead of me. Amazon is infamous in this area for delivering to wrong address. Please provide an option to have delivery by another carrier. Amazon SUCKS!!!!!!

It’s very easy to order on line. Vitamin shop usually has the products I want and they also have good sales. I take advantage of their rewards system which also helps to save. Sometimes I do have difficulty applying my rewards and the rewards now expire quickly so that’s not great. Otherwise it’s a good experience
