I used to absolutely love, Vitamin Shoppe, but I will say the customer experience for the customer has gone down drastically, especially being very familiar and having a loyalty with the company the fact that you have to have points expire when people are routinely buying these vitamins from you is kind of sad that you would even take advantage of people in that way when you know why people are coming to you for those vitamins to improve their life, their health, their sustenance

I did not like the fact that I had to use debit/credit on a subscription order. I have used my c/c in the past on my barebells. policy must have changed recentlly. Sad! I like getting my points on my c/c. I am also more likely going to cancel todays subscription vs the other one i have in place due to this reason alone!

The time to ship takes forever n the product quality of the vitamin shoppe liquid turmeric supplement has been going down in quality. Last few orders the taste is off and there’s crunchy bits in it. It’s the only thing I’ve found that works for keeping my carpel tunnel symptoms at bay but I’m definitely on the look out for something more convenient,

The only bad part is that I was "given" a 15% discount for the Arnica Montana 30c, but it wasn't applied on checkout. : ( I prefer that a website does what it said it was going to do. I did see the amount reduced where I ordered it, but it didn't show up at the checkout.
